Abstract

This research paper investigates strategic scaling initiatives and client networking dynamics within the context of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Focused on the case study of one of the largest telecom tower providers in Indonesia, the study unfolds practical and theoretical implications for SMEs seeking to navigate the complexities of growth. Utilizing a comprehensive methodology involving interviews and literature review, the research reveals strategic planning, human resource management, networking, and customer-centric approaches as pivotal elements for successful scaling. The theoretical contributions encompass insights into demand-driven scaling, network building dynamics, and the application of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices. Organizational dynamics, adaptive strategies, and the case study's emphasis on the case’s experiences broaden the discourse on SMEs' sustainable growth. The findings provide practical guidance for SMEs while contributing nuanced perspectives to theoretical discussions on scaling strategies and client networking dynamics.
