Abstract
The Study, carried out from 2014 to 2016, is the result of a pilot project implemented by the Regional Directorate of Culture of the North with a view to evaluating the quality of the visiting experience in its museums and monuments, from the public's perspective, with a view to supporting measures activated in the implementation, management and dynamization of the Network of Museums and Monuments, through the sustained knowledge of the audiences who benefit from it.
